Lake Shastina has been in development for over 48 years. It started as a second home recreation area in 1968, and has evolved into a community of retirees and families. The development offers paved roads with underground power, sewer, and water services along with our own Fire and Police services.

Administrative services are provided by Lake Shastina Community Services District.
